TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A valid credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

2. The booking is not confirmed until the credit card details are provided.

3. Completion of the booking by providing your credit card number represents full understanding and agreement of the following terms & conditions:

 CHECK IN TIME/CHECK OUT TIME

1. Check-in after 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Early arrival is subject to room availability.

 CAMP BEDS

1. Camp beds are available for children up to 12 years old at an additional charge. Maximum one camp bed can be added per room.

 SPECIAL REQUESTS

1. In case you have any preference of location, we will try our utmost best to meet your expectation, however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability upon arrival.

 DAY USE

1. No day use can be confirmed prior arrival. Please check with our receptionist during your stay.

 CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Between 4 January – 30 June & 1 September – 25 December

1. In case of cancellation of your booking within 7 days of arrival, ONE night cancellation fee will be charged.

2. In case of cancellation of your booking within 3 days of arrival, 100% from the total amount of room nights reserved will be charged

3. No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room nights reserved

 Between 1 July – 31 August

1. In case of cancellation of your booking within 14 days of arrival, ONE night cancellation fee will be charged.

2. In case of cancellation of your booking within 7 days of arrival, 100% from the total amount of room nights reserved will be charged

3. No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room nights reserved

 Between 26 December – 3 January

1. In case of cancellation of your booking within 14 days of arrival, ONE night cancellation fee will be charged.

2. In case of cancellation of your booking within 7 days of arrival, 100% from the total amount of room nights reserved will be charged

3. No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room nights reserved

 No show and cancellation fees will be charged as per cancellation policy automatically to credit card provided.
