Our story
Prime Plaza Hotels & Resorts began with a single garden hotel in Sanur and a simple conviction: that genuine, heartfelt service would always matter more than marble lobbies.
Today the group spans thirteen hotels and resorts across three brands — Prime Plaza Resorts for island escapes, Prime Plaza Hotels for upscale city stays, and PrimeBiz for smart-value business travel — across Bali, Lombok and Java.
