Terms & Conditions Coco Smart Card

      1. Member cards can be directly used to purchase food and beverage in all outlets (excluding Queens of India).

      2. To top up or to check your card balance, please visit our receptionist at Front Office.           

      3. The card holder is entitled to get a promo during the promo program.

      4. The card validity period is 24 months from last top up date.

      5. The balance of smart card can be used in all outlets.

      6. The remaining balance of the smart card can be refunded in cash.

      7. Top up smart card balance member can use a debit card or credit card.

      8. Bali Dynasty Resort is not responsible for any loss (including balance) of the card
