New Quarterly Special at Golden Lotus Bali
This July, Golden Lotus Bali introduces a new quarterly signature dish that's made for sharing. “Crispy Skin Pork Knuckle”. Prepared in authentic Cantonese Teochew style, our Golden Crispy Skin Pork Knuckle is marinated with a blend of herbs and spices before being deep-fried to achieve its irresistible golden, crispy skin while remaining tender and flavourful inside. Served with traditional Chinese pickles, this generous dish is perfect for family gatherings and group dining. Customise your experience with a choice of two accompanying sauces:
